How To Print Photos with an Online Service

Many photographers prefer the convenience of ordering their prints online and having them delivered. Dozens of websites offer these photo-processing services.
After you register with the site, you upload the pictures you want from your hard drive. Most sites accomplish this by giving you a few buttons to click and forms to fill out.
Some sites let you send your picture files as email attachments.
After you upload the photos, you choose what size prints and how many copies you want, along with how quickly you want them shipped.
If you're running Windows XP, you can order prints from the My Pictures folder. All you have to do is select the files you want to print and then click the Order Prints from the Internet option in the Picture Tasks panel.
This launches the Internet Print Ordering Wizard. The wizard lets you pick which service you want to use, as well as what type and how many prints to make. You'll receive your prints in a few days, just as you would if you ordered directly from that site using your web browser.
Alternately, you can order photo prints directly from AOL Pictures. Just upload your photos to a photo album and then go to the Print Store. Click the Order Prints link, select the photos to order and the size of the prints. Then check out and pay. Prints run from 19 cents for a 4" x 6" to $3.79 for an 8" x 10".
