Ways to Share Digital Photos

One of the benefits of taking pictures digitally is that you don't have to bother mailing out old-fashioned photo prints. If you're like most amateur photographers, you're storing a lot of pictures on your computer's hard drive, and you can view them all on your computer monitor. But what if you want to share those pictures with your family and friends?

While it's impractical to gather everyone around that small computer screen to look at a slideshow, there are other ways for people to view your digital photos. You can display your photos on your television set, in a digital photo frame or even on your mobile phone. You can even share your pictures over the web using an online photo service, email them to people you know or even send them via instant messaging.

It's also easy to create a photo CD that contains any number of digital photos, and then send that CD to friends and family members. Copying photos to and from a CD-ROM is no different than copying other types of computer files.

Just use My Documents folder to select the photos you want to burn and then copy those files to a blank CD in your CD-ROM drive.
