Installing AOL Mail & AIM Gadget

There are two ways to download AOL Mail & AIM Gadget. The first option is to go to live.com to download the gadget.

The second option for downloading the AOL Mail & AIM Gadget is go through AOL. You will need to have an AOL account to download this gadget. There is no fee to sign up for or have an AOL account. Once it has been installed, then you will need to add the gadget to the Vista sidebar.

In order to add the gadget to the sidebar, you will need to click on the "+" sign at the top of the sidebar. This will open the gadget gallery in the middle of your screen. Choose the AOL Mail and AIM Gadget icon and double-click on it. The gadget icon will move to the Vista sidebar. This is how it will look
